You've had boring team pictures taken before that are great for the parents but they take up too much practice time and there doesn't seem to be any benefit for you.

Let me turn everything upside down with a team media day customized for your program. You will get access to the images and the knockouts so you can create social media posts, programs, and website articles with ease. Plus, the athletes will look forward to picture day if they know their pictures will be similar to what the colleges produce for well known athletes. Oh, and the parents will love the pictures too.

The athletes in your program deserve to look and feel EPIC. 

My method is simple

Before picture day:

1) Schedule a media day for your program when I will photograph each athlete

2) Send me a roster of your athletes in a spreadsheet with name, position, number, and email address for the parent.

3) Send out the media day flyer to all the parents.

 

On picture day:

- I will set up a mobile studio on site (30 minutes for set up)

- check-in the athletes into my system (2 second process per athlete that can be done by a parent if one is available to help)

- photos will be taken of each athlete (60-90 seconds per athlete)

 

After picture day:

- I will prepare any Senior Banners first to prioritize getting the banners to you for hanging before the first game. (2 week prep) Banners cost about $75 each and is typically billed to the school or booster program.

- Parents get an email from me highlighting the online gallery. All orders ship direct to the parents so you have nothing to worry about.

- After the banners are paid for and the gallery launches you will get a private link where you can find all the assets from media day including the knockouts. This private gallery will allow you to download every image for official team use on social media, in print, and on school websites.
