By checking out and booking a session you agree to have read the following:

(1) Creative fee confirms your session date. Creative Fee is non-refundable.

(2) Two reschedules are allowed; if a third rescheduling is necessary, a new creative fee must be paid. Popup sessions may not be rescheduled. No refunds for no shows.

(3) Every client and family have different needs and may purchase as little or as much as you wish. Average product order for seniors $3500. Average product order for family, individual, and Pop Ups $800.

(4) Ordering session will take place in the studio within 7 days of your portrait session. Same day ordering session available only for non-Popup sessions. 

(5) Print deposits are not refundable and must be used toward the session at which they are initially applied.

(6) All print, wall art and digital images will include the artist's signature on the image. Signature not included on images in albums. All purchases are final.

(7) Payment for product orders is expected at the time of order. We accept credit/debit/venmo/paypal. Please apply for credit terms with PayPal Credit or other third party lender prior to your ordering session if needed.
