By checking out and booking a session you agree to have read the following:

(1) Creative fee or Session fee confirms your session date and is non-refundable.

(2) Two reschedules are allowed; if a third rescheduling is necessary, a new session fee must be paid. Must give 24 hours notice to postpone your session. No refunds for no shows.

(3) Every family has different needs when considering art pieces, albums and prints. Our average product order is $1000. However, THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER.

(4) Ordering session will take place at the studio within 7 -14 days of your portrait session. Same day ordering session available by request only.

(5) Discounts and specials are only available at the ordering session. Orders must be finalized at the ordering session to qualify for discounts.

(6) All purchases are final.

(7) Payment for product orders is expected at the time of order. We accept credit/debit/venmo/paypal. Please apply for credit terms with PayPal Credit or other third party lender prior to your ordering session if needed. No products, physical or digital will be delivered until order is paid in full.
